Description

Scott Robertson has been teaching young designers how to design, draw, and render original vehicles for the last ten years. Scott has taught at Art Center Europe, Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA; Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, and the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. In addition, Scott has taught several drawing and rendering workshops for companies such as BMW/Designworks USA, and Mattel Toys/Hot Wheels group. Scott currently teaches digital rendering at ACCD in the Product Design Dept.

How To Draw Vehicles will outline the drawing and rendering process of a large variety of vehicles from start to finish. A collection of work from several industry leaders in vehicle design and illustration will be featured in a guest gallery. The book will be 9” x 12” in a vertical format with several fold-out pages which allow for the printing of large horizontal images. How To Draw Vehicles aims at arming anyone with the desire to draw and render their own vehicles, with the skills to do so.
